Caring, fun loving ,helpful , organized . attentive . I believe that our mistakes in life serve as a tool with helping children to trust we know where there coming from . Reaching them is about establishing a relationship . If you and I get into each other and it becomes real being inclusive will only help our relationship when it's clear that we're all in this thing together as a team .
