A quiet, casual dinner so that conversation isn't competing with noise. A walk on the waterfront or a local park. Roller skating or ice skating so that the person could see the goofy side of me.

Rock climbing - I've done indoor wall climbs and really enjoyed it; would love to someday do some outdoor climbing with the real equipment, a partner I totally trust, and of course, an awesome natural wall.
