Self-Assured, Unique and Fun-Loving Woman Seeking a Like-Minded Man

I am a single woman looking for a life-long relationship with a like-minded man. I have a 16 yr. old son who lives with me all of the time.

I am a honest, dependable, kind, caring, loving and loveable, sensitive, supportive, intelligent, hard-working, adventurous, woman with somewhat of a quirky sense of humor, who has no problems with sharing PDA's and intimate information.

I love the theatre (ballet, plays, symphonies), all types of music (I admit to being a Jimmy Buffet fan), like the outdoors (beach, mountains, camping, casual bicycling, gardening, sailing, water rafting, thunder & lightening storms, butterflies, lady bugs, hummingbirds, rainbows, and the desert – when it’s not too hot – 90 & below.

I enjoy cooking and baking, entertaining at home, as well as dining out on occasion-from a hole-in-the-wall with great food to 4-star restaurants.

I enjoy travelling both within the U.S. and abroad. One of my Life-long dreams is to visit Germany (I was born there).

I am interested in meeting a man who enjoys at least some of the things I like, who will accept my son as part of our relationship, and is looking for a long-term relationship (marriage).

First and foremost, to be the best Mom I can be for my son, to instill values, morals, a love/zest of life, to follow his heart/dreams in all aspects of his life. (So far I think I've fairly well). To be the best person I can be, to help those less fortunate than I am, and in general, to make a difference in those whose lives I do touch. (On a more materialist/selfish note, to be blessed with the opportunity to travel and see/experience as much of our world as possible.)

Love the outdoors...beach, mountains, desert, boating/sailing, snorkeling, would like to learn to scuba dive, walking, hiking, casual cycling, camping, rollercoasters, amusement parks, gardening, travelling - weekend trips, in US and abroad. A man who is secure within himself, knows who is and what he believes in. Must be honest, sincere, loyal (Monogamous when in a comitted relationship), at least a little romantic, dedicated to his work or other pursuits outside of the home, but also has the ability/desire to spend quality time with his significant other. My son is 16, and has his Dad in his life, and is not loking for a new father. The man in my life, must accept my son as being part of our lives together, be a good role model and be willing to spend time with both of us, as well as with me alone. He should be financially responsible, share some of my interests/likes, be comfortable sharing intimate thoughts/feelings and not have/want to share these intimacies with others. A desire to travel and experience new/old adventures is also important.
